Hello crew!

I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful autumn. It’s been an interesting week in my studies as I have been looking at authentic communication. It’s a term that we often speak about but which is in itself pretty layered & even limiting at times.

So with I wrote a blog (as I do) about authentic communication both in it’s importance but also in the limitations that we might put on ourselves when we hold to rigidly to the idea of being ‘authentic.’

It was a really interesting dive for me (we had many conversations here at home about it) & I would love to hear your thoughts.

As for music today I wanted to keep it light & connected, hopefully inspiring a little self reflection, love, & recognition of the moments however fleeting of grace that touch our lives.
