Let’s get right into it! First I’d love for you to join the free workshop ‘3 Ways to Embody more Freedom & Confidence In Your Voice’ May 6th

Another sweet little surprise in an interview with Anna Kommes a speech pathologist!

I love writing blogs for you & I thought it would be great to start having conversations with therapists, artists, writers, teachers, & community leaders about all things expression. Anna is the first ‘Rise Together in resonance’ guest. She is a speech pathologist.

Anna & I will be digging into vocal hygiene, physiology of voice, & how our voice can help us express who we are, how we identify, & those parts of ourselves that can get misrepresented by tone or vocal quality.

And of course two songs this week for my heart & yours - Sitting on the Dock (Ottis Redding) &Time after Time (Cyndi Lauper). Just a couple classic songs to soothe our hears in these strange times.

I’ve missed you all like crazy. I’m so looking forward to singing together in the Embodied Voice program. I’ve set it back a couple weeks so we can have some live concerts distanced & outside once things warm up. Until then please sign up for the May 6th workshop (yes it will be recorded) & as always please drop a comment or a dm.

Much love always & until next week, be kind to each other, hug those you can, & sing!

Xoxo

Amy your passion for music and helping others find their voice shines through in every post. The interview with Anna Kommes was insightful and I appreciate the effort you put into discussing vocal hygiene and the physiology of the voice. 24/7 Truck Repair Services in Oil City LA
