Beautiful crew,

Today I wanted to revisit a blog I wrote a year ago. It’s about we can become better listeners & open ourselves to understanding the greater picture. With the recent finding in Kamloops & the intensity around many issues of inequality, it felt like a good time to revisit how we can listen & be changed by what we learn as we honor our shared humanity.

The two songs I chose today are to remind us of the grace & value that each human has. To welcome the whole of ourselves & to truly acknowledge the whole of another. These songs are All is Welcome Here (Deva Premal & Mitten) & Holy (original)

And I’d love for you to join me at MindBody therapy Summit this weekend. It is filled with remarkable teachers like Peter Levine, Stephen Porges, & Scott Lyons I will be presenting a 2 hr Voice/Sound Journey on Saturday as well as playing for the closing.

Thank you all again for your listening & support. As mentioned I will be taking a week or two off as to be fully present for my program, but will back soon.

Below I have added links offered by Naheed Neshi in how we can learn, & listen, & help foster reconciliation here in Canada.

Much love to you all & much respect

Bless

Amy
