This week's theme is 'Communication through Love.'

It isn't always easy to communicate from a place of love and the expectation that we will always be loving with all people in all situations is unrealistic. However, the skills of kindness, compassion, empathic joy, and equanimity as presented in the Brahmaviharas offer insight into how we cultivate this ability. In this week's blog 'Communicate from Love' I explore these principles and how we can work with them to cultivate more clear and loving communication.
