Manifesting Through Voice ~ A New Moon Ritual

Every moment is an opportunity for new beginnings.

Today’s blog shares with you a practice that beautifully supports this new moon ~ but more so supports the seeding & nourishment of your beginnings whatever they may be. By using voice to connect & express your are engaging in manifestation.

~ First, by transmuting the energies of your spirit into sound (& sound into possibility).

~Second, nourishing yourself & your dreams through listening (& receiving the gifts of your voice)

Your Voice is an instrument of Creation.

Your voice is an incredible instrument of creation & possibility. Whether you are offering a presentation at work or chatting with a friend, or even connecting in intimacy your voice offers a portal into your experience & greater connection.

When we feel nervous or are distracted our voice loses some of that resonance. It doesn’t connect as well because we ourselves are disconnected.

BUT…

When we can anchor our voice in the wisdom of our bodies this changes.

~ We are heard differently

~ Felt differently

~ Understood differently.

This manifesting potential of your voice begins in you.

The Ritual

To Prepare

  • Prepare your space. Light a candle or incense.

  • Take moment to connect to 2-4 affirmations or blessings or affirmations that resonate with your spirit. Keep them simple.

  • Play simple repetitive music (LIKE THIS) to support your journey (yes... it's a gift for you)

To Begin

  1. Set an intention or prayer

  2. Play the music

  3. Place your hand on your womb or low belly & feel yourself connect.

  4. Sing from this place a simple melody (e.g. Heya Heya) that pulses with gentle movement.

  5. Stay with it & allow it to anchor you to the earth.

  6. When you feel grounded move a hand gently to your heart.

  7. From this place sing your affirmations or blessings. It’s okay if they don’t sound as you’d like at first, stay with it. Sing 3-5 rounds

  8. Return to the pulsing melody of your root & anchor the energy of those affirmations through your body.

  9. Repeat as you like.

(Or try this with the Mantra Om Mani Padme Hum)

You may use this practice to start the day, to settle the night, or as a sacred practice in honour of the new moon & new beginnings.
